I very much appreciated Pedro's effort to find the source of the leak that stained the front wall on my condo by the garage door. As I requested, he worked with the roofer to find the source of the leak, which the roofer successfully did. Pedro knew that it was more than just painting over the stain, and made sure that the roofer got to the root cause. Pedro did an excellent job, and he's a really good guy.
